Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic, Code 22130 has a requirement for the repairs to DRT
receivers.
The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to DIGITAL RECEIVER TECHNOLOGY, INC.

DIGITAL RECEIVER TECHNOLOGY, INC. (DRT) is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the
equipment being procured and holds all proprietary rights to the equipment. If you are an authorized
reseller of DRT, please provide a capability statement that states quoter is an authorized reseller or
distributor. The contracting officer will verify quoter is an authorized reseller or distributor.
The proposed contract action is for supplies and incidental services for which the Government intends to
solicit and negotiate with a single source under authority of FAR 13.106. The Government will accept
quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the repairs to the OEM. Responses

e-Commerce website at https://e-commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil.
Quotes are due to Teaira Hawley (teaira.hawley@navy.mil), Contract Specialist, by 2:00 p.m. Eastern
Standard Time, Friday, February 26, 2021. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement
on Brand Name based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information
received. The government will accept proposals via email at: teaira.hawley@navy.mil. See attached RFQ,
