Amendment 001 - The anticipated period of performance has been changed from October 15 - October 27th to October 15 - November 1st.

Amendment 002 - This amendment incorporates two revisions:

1. The COMBO attachment has been updated to remove verbiage pertaining to wastewater removal. This requirement is for deisel delivery and wet hosing operations only.

2. The Performance Work Statement para 1.1 has been updated to descripe all generator and additional equipment as being co-located with one another.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Diesel Refueling Services (324110 - Petroleum Refineries; 1500 Employees Small Business Size Standard) prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, with quotes being requested, as a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is FA489725QC003 and this solicitation is issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07.

The attachments to this notice include a list of all services / supplies to be acquired, including descriptions and quantities. Please read the solicitation documents in their entirety and adhere to all solicitation requirements to be considered for award.

Background
This solicitation is issued by the 366th Fighter Wing at Mountain Home Air Force Base for Diesel Refueling Services. The goal of the contract is to provide diesel fuel delivery to support generators and vehicles at Twin Falls Airport, Idaho. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside Request for Quotation (RFQ).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, supervision, management, supplies, tools, equipment, parts, materials, transportation, shipping & delivery necessary to deliver DS1 grade diesel fuel (NO RED DYE DIESEL) to approximately 14 generators and additional support vehicles at Twin Falls Airport.

The delivery period is from 15 October 2024 to 27 October 2024. The estimated quantity of fuel required is approximately 1,200 gallons per day. The contractor must coordinate with government personnel for access and escort to the secure site. The servicing unit must have a 'gas station' style nozzle capable of being inserted into the fill neck of each generator/vehicle. Work must comply with all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations.
