Diego Garcia Base Operations Support (BOS) Services Contract   2

Background
This is a follow-on acquisition for services which are currently being satisfied under the Diego Garcia Base Operations Support Services Contract, N62742-17-D-3600. The contract encompasses recurring and non-recurring work items. The outcomes to be achieved are to provide Base Operations Support (BOS) Services at Diego Garcia, British Indian Territory (B.I.O.T.), by this performance-based contract.

Work Details
The contract type is Fixed-Price with Award Fee, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (FPAF-IDIQ) with a base period of twelve months, inclusive of four months of mobilization and eight months of full performance, followed by six 12-month option periods and an additional option period for an extension of continuous services for up to six months.
The work includes various services such as IT support, telephone system & services, fire & emergency services, ground maintenance, utility management, transportation, and environmental services.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes mobilization from 14 NOV 2025 – 13 MAR 2026, followed by the base period from 14 MAR 2026 – 13 NOV 2026. This is then followed by multiple option periods extending up to 13 MAY 2034.

Place of Performance
The place of performance includes basic operating support services for activities of the Navy Support Facility Diego Garcia (NSF DG), British Indian Ocean Territory (B.I.O.T).
