DHA - Veterinary Services Systems Management (VSSM)

The Department of Defense's Defense Health Agency is seeking a contractor to provide Veterinary Services Systems Management (VSSM) sustainment. The VSSM program aims to optimize data capture, management, analysis, and reporting for the Department of Defense Veterinary Service. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, and services to support VSSM using an agile approach. The contractor will also be responsible for system administration, user support, metrics assessment, and Tier III application and system support. The period of performance for this contract is one base year with four option years and an optional transition-out period and extension.

The place of performance for this contract is the contractor's facility within 50 miles of the HSS PMO in San Antonio, TX. The contractor will be required to conduct business between 0800-1800 CST Monday through Friday, except on recognized federal holidays. Contractor travel may be required both within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS), with travel expenses reimbursed in accordance with applicable regulations.
