DHA Industry Day (Save the Date Notice)

TENTATIVE LOCATION: Falls Church Marriott Fairview Park, 3111 Fairview Park Drive, Falls Church, Virginia 22042 USA 1-703-849-9400

PURPOSE: The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is planning an industry day to communicate remaining FY 2017 requirements and facilitate communications among DHA Program Offices and industry representatives.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: DHA encourages attendance from Small Businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, 8(a) Business Development Program participants, Women-Owned Small Businesses, Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Businesses, Historically Underutilized Business Zones Small Businesses, and Large Businesses.

This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract shall be awarded from this notice.

HOW: Registration for this event will be required. Registration processes will be addressed in another notice to industry. Because of space limitations, registration will be limited to one representative from any one vendor. For those unable to attend in person, the DHA is planning to livestream the presentations using Adobe Livestream. Additionally, we will provide a link to DHA's forecast that will be made available on or before the industry day event. There will be no charge to participate in the DHA's industry day.

Please note that industry participation is voluntary and the Government will not reimburse attendees for any efforts expended as a result of, or in response to, this notice.
