DEVA - Tümpisa TCP NRHP Nomination

Background
The National Park Service is seeking to update the National Register of Historic Places nomination form for the Tumpisa (Red Ochre Place) Traditional Cultural Property in Death Valley National Park. The project will involve completing the nomination documentation using previously compiled research and assessments, as well as updated archival and academic research, including file and archives searches, interviews, field visits, consultation, and coordination with the Timbisha Shoshone Tribe knowledge keepers and Tribal Historic Preservation Office and Council.
The acquisition is in support of Death Valley National Park located in Inyo County, California. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside.

Work Details
The work to be completed includes updating the National Register of Historic Places nomination form for the Tumpisa (Red Ochre Place) Traditional Cultural Property in Death Valley National Park. All technical scope questions and clarifications must be submitted in writing by email no later than 8/28/2023 at 2:00PM Pacific Time.
