Phase II of the Two-Phase Design Build Solicitation is hereby initiated via Amendment 0002 on 18 May 2023. Only those offerors notified to be included within the competitive range may participate in Phase II.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform all construction activities in support of VA Work and other Charleston District requirements as specified in Section 01 00 00.

The Period of Performance for the Option Period, if exercised, will be a duration of three (3) years from the date of contract award. The shared capacity of this Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) is $99,000,000.00.
