Design-Build (DB) Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) in Support of U.S. Defense Forces within T�rkiye   2

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District (NAU) is issuing this solicitation for a Design-Build (DB) and Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to support the Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Agencies located on military installations or in support of defense operations within Türkiye.

The contract has a total shared capacity of $98 million and aims to provide construction services for new facilities, as well as real property repair and maintenance.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build construction services, which include:
1. Construction of new facilities;
2. Real property repair;
3. Maintenance services in support of defense operations in Türkiye.

The work will be performed under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract structure, allowing for multiple task orders to be issued as needed. Each task order will specify the scope of work required, which may include site visits, safety plans, quality control plans, and compliance with local laws and regulations.

Period of Performance
The base period for performance is set at 60 months from the award date, with options to extend services for up to an additional 6 months.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at various military installations within Türkiye.
