Background
The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt is issuing a pre-solicitation notice for a design/build construction project for new workshops and a vehicle service bay at the U.S. Embassy in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The project is limited to American-owned firms and firms from countries that permit substantially equal access to American firms for comparable diplomatic projects.

Work Details
The successful offeror is required to provide engineering and construction services, contract coordination, and supervision for the design, management, and construction necessary to meet the requirements of the contract within the established timeframe.
