Background

Work Details
The project consists of constructing a 13,000 SF Regional Communication Station of reinforced concrete on pile foundations, brick veneer, reinforced concrete floors, blast resistant doors, combination concrete deck steel frame supported roof with new roofing system, Network Operations Center (NOC) racks and equipment. The facility will provide administrative spaces, customer service area, reception, secure SIPR vault, electronic repair space, conference room, training rooms, classroom, battery storage room, mechanical spaces, personnel support space, cable vault and telephone switchgear space.
Supporting facilities include utilities, site improvements, access drive, parking and shall include Low Impact Development.
