NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.101(a)(1) requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions.

Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and all other items and non-personal services necessary to deliver services included within the Motorola Solutions Inc. based infrastructure network. These services are to provide lifecycle management and sustainment of existing land mobile radio infrastructure.
