Dentsply Sirona Orhophos S11i 3D Panoramic X-ray for Pine Ridge, Kyle, and Wanblee IHS locations

Background
The solicitation is issued by the Great Plains Area Indian Health Service (IHS) to procure Dentsply Sirona Orthophos S11i 3D Panoramic X-ray units for three locations in South Dakota: Pine Ridge, Kyle, and Wanblee.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery and installation of three Dentsply Sirona Orthophos S11i 3D Panoramic X-ray units, with one unit designated for each of the following locations:
1. Pine Ridge - 1 unit
- Delivery Location: 607 Indian Health Road, E. Hwy 18, Pine Ridge, SD 57770
2. Kyle - 1 unit
- Delivery Location: 1000 Health Center Road, PO Box 540, Kyle, SD 57752
3. Wanblee - 1 unit
- Delivery Location: 210 1st Street, PO Box 290, Wanblee, SD 57577

Specifications include:
- Image 3D Volume (dxh): 5 x 5.5 to 8 x 8 and 5 x 5.5 to 11 x 10
- Intelligent Low Dose capability
- HD Mode availability
- X-ray Generator: 60-90 kV, 3-16 mA
- Imaging Software: Sidexis 4
- Treatment Software: SICAT Suite
- Automatic patient positioning with wheelchair accessibility.
- Cephalometric arm optional with exposure times of Standard (9.4 s) and Quickshot (4.7 s).
All equipment must be new and accompanied by the Original Equipment Manufacturer's warranty.

The period of performance for this contract is from September 13, 2024, to December 13, 2024.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered and installed at three locations within South Dakota: Pine Ridge, Kyle, and Wanblee.
