Amendment 13:

The purpose of this Amendment 13 is to provide Amendment 9 to the DREN4 Request For Proposal. See the SF 30 Continuation Page for a list of changes to the RFP document.

Amendment 12:

The purpose of this Amendment 12 is to provide the Government response to two additional questions that were received after February 13, 2020. The Government response is available on attachment L1 - Solicitation Question and Answer Template - Round 2 Government Response - Late Questions 20200430.

The purpose of this Amendment 11 is to :

1. Provide Amendment 8 to the DREN4 Request For Proposal. See the SF 30 Continuation Page for a list of changes to the RFP document.

1. Extend the offer due date for proposals. Proposal are due no later than May 4, 2020 3:00 PM CDT.

Amendment 7:

Amendment 4:

The purpose of this Amendment 4 is to :

1. Provide the Government response to Round 2 of questions that were due on February 13, 2020. The Government responses are available on attachment L1 - Solicitation Question and Answer Template - Round 2 Government Response.
2. Extend the offer due date for proposals. Proposal are due no later than March 30, 2020 3:00 PM CST.
3. Provide Amendment 2 to the DREN4 Request For Proposal. See the SF 30 Continuation Page for a list of changes to the document.
4. There are four (4) attachments in Section J and three (3) attachments in Section L that contain sensitive information and will be made available by request only. These documents will be provided by request via encrypted email to U.S. citizens or U.S. nationals only. Request must be sent to the Contracting POC listed on this announcement, Amber McKee at amber.m.mckee4.civ@mail.mil.

Amendment 3:

The purpose of this Amendment 3 is to provide an updated Attachment 1 Section B Pricing Schedule CLIN Spreadsheet Revision 1. The NPA/NXX for TX, Fort Bliss (USAADAC) was added on Row 144, Column F on the Current Site List tab. This is the only change to Attachment 1.

Amendment 2:

The purpose of this Amendment 2 is to :

1. Provide the Government response to Round 1 of questions that were due on December 16, 2019. The Government responses are available on attachment L1 - Solicitation Question and Answer Template - Round 1 Government Response.
2. Allow a second round of questions. The second round of questions are due to the Government on or before 5:00 PM Central Standard Time on Thursday, February 13, 2020. Questions must be submitted on Attachment L1 - Solicitation Question & Answer Template.
3. Extend the offer due date for proposals. Proposal are due no later than March 23, 2020 5:00 PM CST.
4. Provide Amendment 1 to the DREN4 Request For Proposal, HC1013-19-R-0006-A0001. See the SF 30 Continuation Page for a list of changes to the document.
5. There are four (4) attachments in Section J and three (3) attachments in Section L that contain sensitive information and will be made available by request only.
