Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution is seeking to establish a firm-fixed-price contract for digital billboard advertising services. The goal of this contract is to promote DLA Distribution's mission through effective advertising in the central Pennsylvania area. This solicitation is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation (CSS) under full and open competition, adhering to the streamlined procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commercial items.

Work Details
The contractor will provide three fixed digital billboard advertisements in the central Pennsylvania area for a minimum duration of four weeks each, totaling at least three months. The digital billboards must meet the following specifications: a minimum size of 14' x 48'.

The preferred locations for these billboards are as follows:
1. I83 – East Shore between Harrisburg/Paxtang;
2. I83/581 near New Cumberland/Lemoyne;
3. PA Route 15 between Camp Hill/Shepherdstown;
4. PA Route 11 in Hampden Township.

All materials must match the specifications provided in the schedule of supplies.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from January 31, 2025, to February 28, 2025.

Place of Performance
The digital billboard advertisements will be performed in the surrounding Harrisburg Area.
