Description

This requirement is a sustainment effort for Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Integrated Workload Management System (IWMS), Application & Database (AppsDB), and Modernization and Analytics Initiative (MAI). The contractor shall provide technical support, planning, deployment of improvements, and lifecycle sustainment. The contractor shall provide in-depth operational installation guides and operational planning for optimal sustainment and deployment of technology. This requirement also includes support activities such as implementing cyber security, Tier III support, database optimization, testing & integration support activities, system documentation/FAQs and help guides, change management, performance monitoring and data analytics. DCMA maintains two pre-production environments that host 100 plus web applications sharing a common ColdFusion framework. Testing is a critical component of DCMA's change management process that is designed to facilitate change with the least adverse impact to customers that rely on DCMA's enterprise network and the IT services that it delivers. Application and database testing involves verification and validation of changes to capabilities prior to allowing the changes to be introduced into the production environment. The contractor shall work with other DCMA contractors in order to ensure that capabilities are fully tested and integrated prior to final modifications and deployment resulting from changes, corrective actions, and/or mandated security improvements.
