DAYTON MANOR- Hot Water Heater Replacement

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Metropolitan Detention Center- Dayton Manor located at 9325 Fort Hamilton Parkway in Brooklyn, NY requires the removal of four (4) Lochinvar model # CFN751PM and install two (2) High-output, tankless on-demand water heaters in accordance with the manufacture's specifications for the units.

The contractor is responsible to provide all equipment, labor and duties outlined in the the Statement of Work attached to this solicitation. All necessary work will be conducted during normal business hours 6:00 A,M,-4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

All vendors must complete and comply with the following:

1. Complete and submit the contractor's information sheet.

5. Review and comply with the attached Service Contract Act WD #2015-4187 for appropriate wage determinations.

A site visit is scheduled for:August 3, 2023 at 10:00 AM. The address is 9325 Fort Hamilton Parkway Brooklyn, NY 11209. Contractors are not required to attend the site visit but are recommended to do so. Review the Request for Information attachment after the site visit. Evaluation factors are price and past performance. The government will award to the responsible contractor whose quote is conforming to the solicitation.
