The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing Day Reporting Center (DRC) services for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes located in Lubbock, Texas.

DRC services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work entitled, "Day Reporting Center, April 2023 SOW . This will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract with firm fixed unit prices for all line items.

The DRC requirement will consist of a maximum of 50 placements to include both males and females for the One-year Base Period and each of the Four One-year Option Periods.

The radius will be within 150 miles of the DRC.

15BRRC23R00000029 will be available on or about August 21, 2023, and it will be distributed solely through the Government Point of Entry website at www.sam.gov. Work Details
The work details include the detailed tasks and services to be provided under the contract. This includes the administration and organization, personnel, facility, life safety, sanitation & environment, electrical safety, hazardous communications/chemical control, pest control & waste management, referral and intake processing, programs, security and accountability, discipline, administrative remedy, medical services, records and reports, release procedures, escape procedures, serious illness, injury or death procedures, research and evaluation procedures. Additionally, it includes billing, deductions and reimbursements as well as U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services.
