Data Quality Technical Analysis & Functional Support   4

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this contract to provide Data Quality Technical Analysis and Functional Support. The goal of the contract is to enhance data quality management and support the agency's mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services to veterans.

This amendment extends the response date for proposals and clarifies various aspects of the solicitation, including answers to vendor questions and edits to the Period of Performance (POP) for specific Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs).

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for a variety of tasks as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), including:
1. Project Management - Monthly Progress Reports;
2. Guidance and Recommendations;
3. Expertise and Guidance;
4. Analysis & Reporting of Identity Management Data;
5. Business Document Review;
6. Technical Document Review;
7. Addressing Data Quality Issues;
8. Monthly Status Reports on dashboards or other tools;
9. Monthly Status Reports on conference calls/meetings;
10. Development of New and/or Updated Business Rules and Requirements;
11. Test Plans and Overview of Completed User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
12. Informal Data Quality Analytics;
13. Formal Written Reports on Data Quality Analytics Services;
14. Creation of Data Quality Metrics and Monitoring; with additional optional tasks related to informal/formal DQ analytics, business document reviews, technical document reviews, DQ issues, tickets, requests, and new business rules & requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract will begin on April 25, 2025, and end on March 24, 2026, with options for extension into subsequent years.

Place of Performance
Performance may occur at contractor facilities which do not need to be located within the DC metro area, allowing for remote or telework options.
