The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information and Technology, Product Engineering Services has a requirement to renewal of existing and procurement of new brand name Okta Identity Cloud Identity-as-a-Service which includes active Monthly Access User (aMAU) licenses, directory services, Application Programming Interface access management, Single Sign-On, adaptive Multi-Factor Authentication, federation from multiple different credentials providers, device access, lifecycle management, access gateway, registration, reporting and logging for use on multiple organizational platforms, and associated technical support.
