1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, intends to solicit quotes for Brand Name Equal to MIM Symphony DX Analytics Software, Portland VA Healthcare System, Portland, OR. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is 36C26025Q0452. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 513210 (Software Publishers), and the small business size standard is $47 million. This procurement is Small Business (SB) Set-aside. 3. The intended contract period is a base year plus four (4) option years. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored.
