Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information & Technology (OIT), aims to provide high-quality, effective, and efficient Information Technology (IT) services to support the care of Veterans. The VistA system is a critical platform for patient care, consisting of Virtual Machines (VMs) servers running Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Operating System (OS) and InterSystems Corp. (ISC) Database Management System (DBMS) IRIS for Health. The VistA environment provides storage and access for electronic medical records and various business applications.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide testing services for the DBMS IRIS for Health software. The performance period consists of a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods.
Efforts under this task order shall be performed at Contractor facilities. The Contractor shall develop a Test Plan, conduct software testing and evaluation in support of all sustainment releases, and comply with VA mandated Software Testing Requirements. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide project management services, reporting requirements, and technical kickoff meeting.

Period of Performance
The period of performance consists of a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods.

Place of Performance
Efforts under this task order shall be performed at Contractor facilities.
