Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information regarding an IT Service Management (ITSM) Enterprise License. The goal of this contract is to acquire a comprehensive ITSM solution that aligns with the agency's mission to provide high-quality services to veterans.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing an ITSM Enterprise License that includes the following tasks and services:
- Supply a scalable ITSM tool that supports incident management, problem management, change management, and service request fulfillment.
- Ensure integration capabilities with existing systems used by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
- Provide training and support for VA personnel on the use of the ITSM tool.
