Background
The contract is a firm fixed price, one time buy (OTB), sole source requirement to L-3 Fuzing and Ordnance Systems Inc., CAGE: 66126, in support of the Patriot weapon system: M-D6. Testing is not required, and serial numbers are not required. The technical data package provided contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act or Executive Order 12470. Accelerated delivery is encouraged and is acceptable at no additional cost. An approved subcontracting plan is required.
