Risk Management IDIQ   6

Background
This solicitation is to establish a Risk Management IDIQ. The results of this solicitation will result in a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. Seed Task Order will be awarded and funded at time of award.

Work Details
The contract encompasses 92 labor categories described on Attachment B Labor Category Descriptions and Priced on Attachment C IDIQ Pricing. The work includes IT AND TELECOM - SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE SUPPORT SERVICES (LABOR). The technical approach proposed to accomplish the performance work statement should include a Management Plan evaluation, Sub-Factor 1a: Management Plan, and Sub-Factor 1b: SEED task order.
Past Performance shall identify what the offeror has completed during the last 3 years.
Small Business Participation (Subcontracting) will be evaluated based on the extent of proposed participation/commitment to use U.S. small businesses in the performance of this acquisition relative to the objectives and requirements established herein.
Price proposals should specify fixed hourly rates for each labor category.
