This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. This request for quotation (RFQ) number is N00604-18-Q-4025. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing cellular phone services for Naval Special Warfare Unit One, located in Guam, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
