This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. This request for quotation (RFQ) number is N00604-18-Q-4025. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2005-96 and DFARS Publication Notice 20180131. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to understand the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 517312 and the small business standard is 1,500 employees. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing cellular phone services for Naval Special Warfare Unit One, located in Guam, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract Line Item Number: 0001 Unit: 12 Unit of Issue: Months Description: Services in accordance with the PWS, period of performance 3/1/2018 to 2/28/2019. The intended outcome of the RFQ is the issuance of a single-award, firm-fixed price purchase order. The Government intends to evaluate quotations based on the initial quotations received. Therefore, the quoter TMs initial quotation should contain the quoter TMs best terms from a price and technical standpoint.
