Background
The U.S. Navy, through the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), is issuing a solicitation for the Design-Build (D/B) renovation of the Operations Building and Transient Barracks at Basa Air Base, located in Floridablanca, Philippines.

The mission of this project is to enhance the operational capabilities and living conditions at the base, ensuring that facilities meet current standards and requirements.

Work Details
The scope of work includes extensive renovations to both the Operations Building and Transient Barracks. Specific tasks include:
- **Renovation of Operations Building:**
- Constructing a new roof structure with support for antennas.
- Repairing and repainting exterior walls, including removal of existing paint and finishes.
- Installing roof coverings, insulation, and drains.
- Interior finishes including wall and ceiling repairs.
- Plumbing work such as installing water closets, lavatories, urinals, and repairing clean water distribution lines.
- HVAC installation including air conditioning systems.
- Electrical upgrades including replacing service and distribution systems, lighting, and branch wiring.

- **Renovation of Transient Barrack and Latrine Facility:**
- Repainting exterior walls and refinishing doors.
- Interior construction repairs to main double doors and toilet doors.
- Plumbing installations similar to those in the Operations Building.
- HVAC installations including exhaust fans and ceiling fans.

Place of Performance
