Cyber Security Support Services

Background
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking to acquire Cybersecurity Support Services to enhance the Office of the Chief Information Security Officer (OCISO) Cybersecurity Program.
The goal is to transform, implement, operate, and maintain a sustainable cybersecurity framework that protects HUD's operating environment against evolving threats.
This initiative aims to establish proactive and reactive cybersecurity policies and processes.

Work Details
The contractor will provide services in the following areas:
- Cybersecurity Program Management
- Security Architecture
- Security Operations Center
- Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
- Cyber Strategic Initiatives
- Vulnerability Management/Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation.
These services are essential for developing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies that align with HUD's mission.
The contractor must ensure that personnel possess relevant certifications such as CISSP, PMP, CISA, CISM, CEH, among others.

Place of Performance
The primary work location will be remote; however, contractor personnel must be available for onsite meetings or exercises at HUD's Office of the Chief Information Security Officer when requested.
