CY25 Air Show - Additional Shuttle Buses (or Equivalent)

Background
The Department of the Air Force, specifically the 377th Air Base Wing at Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico, is seeking a contractor to provide shuttle bus transportation for attendees of the CY25 Open House event. The goal of this contract is to ensure safe and efficient transportation for visitors between various parking locations in the Albuquerque metro area and Kirtland Air Force Base during the event.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish 24 each, 44 passenger shuttle buses on May 31 and June 1, 2025. If unable to provide 24 each 44 passenger buses, a suitable equivalent must be provided for a minimum total of 1,056 passenger seats (e.g., 48 each 22 passenger vehicles or 96 each 11 passenger vehicles). The contractor must ensure that all buses are properly maintained and that qualified drivers are available in accordance with New Mexico Department of Transportation standards.

Operational requirements include:
1. Ensuring all buses are in place at Kirtland AFB Carlisle gate by 2000 hours on May 30, 2025, for security checks.
2. Providing continuous service from 0800-0900 hours on May 31, delivering passengers to the flight line and continuing until the last pick-up at or after 1800 hours on that day.
3. Organizing driver breaks to maintain continuous service.
4. Submitting a list of drivers for background checks by May 27, 2025.
5. Reporting any incidents of damage or injury occurring during contract performance.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over two days: May 31 and June 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
Kirtland Air Force Base and various parking locations in the Albuquerque metro area.
