Customized English Language Training Program for US Embassy Yerevan, Armenia

Background
The U.S. Consulate General's Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) in Frankfurt is issuing this solicitation on behalf of the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) for a Customized English Language Training Program aimed at enhancing the English language skills of Armenian law enforcement agencies.

This initiative is part of ongoing efforts since 2001 to modernize and develop the capacities of these agencies, facilitating better interaction with foreign counterparts and improving their operational effectiveness.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a Customized English Language Training Program for up to 100 Armenian law enforcement officers. Key tasks include:

- Conducting initial assessments of students' English proficiency.
- Offering three levels of courses (beginner, intermediate, advanced) tailored to law enforcement terminology.
- Scheduling classes three times a week for a minimum of two hours each session with flexibility for duty shifts.
- Providing training materials and classrooms.
- Evaluating students' progress through written and oral tests at the end of each level.

The contractor must have at least 10 years of experience in providing similar training and must be able to accommodate six simultaneous evening classes with a minimum capacity for 12-15 students per class.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon signature and remain effective until all items are received and accepted by the U.S. Embassy.
