Background
The solicitation number W15QKN-24-R-5040 is issued by the 99th Readiness Division for custodial services at the White Plains USARC located at 4600 Foxtail Place, White Plains, MD 20695. Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and other items necessary to perform custodial services as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services include cleaning designated spaces such as halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, and stairways.

The contractor must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. Quality control measures must be maintained to ensure compliance with contract requirements. A site visit is highly encouraged prior to submitting a quote/offer.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will consist of a 12-month base period followed by four optional 12-month periods.
