FACILITY INVESTMENT SERVICES FOR CUSTODIAL SERVICES AT NAVAL STATION NORFOLK, NORFOLK, VA

This Amendment is issued to extend the proposal due date from 03 August 2020 to 17 August 2020 at 02:00 PM EST.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The intent of this solicitation is for a Facility Support, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Performance-Based contract with Recurring and Non-Recurring services services to provide Custodial Services at Naval Station Norfolk, Norfolk, VA.

GENERAL WORK REQUIREMENTS:

The intent of Annex 15 Facilities Support- Sub-Annex 1503010 Custodial is to specify the requirements related to the cleaning of facilities.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform custodial services at Naval Station, Norfolk, Virginia. Custodial requirements consist mainly of services that ensure the cleanliness of working environments. Custodial services include but are not limited to: recurring and scheduled services, space cleaning, emptying waste containers and desk side recycling containers, entrance cleaning, lunch/break room, window blinds, interior glass surfaces, drinking fountains, floor care, sweeping and dust mopping, vacuuming carpets and rugs, cleaning walk-off mats, spray cleaning and buffing, damp mopping, stripping, coating and buffing, carpet and rug deep cleaning, restrooms services, restroom cleaning, and debris removal.

The solicitation listed herein is a Competitve 8(a) Small Business set-aside. The proposal due date shall be July 14, 2020. (Contractors - Technical inquiries must be submitted in writing to Brandi Upton (brandi.upton@navy.mil) 10 days prior to the RFP due date.

Contractors are encouraged to register on the Beta SAM website. Only registered contractors will be notified by e-mail when amendments to the solicitation are issued. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONISBILITY OF THE OFFEROR TO CONTINUALLY VIEW THE WEBSITE FOR CHANGES. All prospective contractors are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Failure to register in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
