THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. A SOLICIATION NOTICE IS ANTICIPATED TO BE POSTED IN TIMEFRAME INDICATED BELOW.

1. The proposed solicitation will be set-aside for Service-Disable Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB) Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 561720, Janitorial Services, $22M size standard.

2. Description of Services: Custodial support services for non-direct patient areas at Seattle Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC).

3. Period of Performance: The Period of Performance is a base with four (4) option years. 52.217-8 will be included for an additional six-month extension, if applicable. Anticipated start date is appr. 9/15/2025.

4. The anticipated issuance of the Request for Proposal is appr. 1st week of May 2025 with an anticipated award date appr. 1st week of September 2025 or sooner.

5. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency.
