The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment (mops, buckets, brooms, and buffer) materials, supplies, transportation, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform custodial services to present a clean, neat and professional appearance at Jonathan Dickinson Missile Tracking Annex (JDMTA), Facility 28001, located near Jupiter, Florida; in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws and base policies. All services performed must meet the prescribed standards stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).SOLCITATION
