CUBIC Ground Antenna Transmit Receive (GATR) Trac GEN3

Background
The CUBIC GATR Trac GEN3 antennas are essential to the functionality of the TPPs and SGCKs, and are an operational requirement for the TPPs, SGCKs, and factory test environments. The purchase of CUBIC GATR antenna units and replacement parts will ensure that all systems are properly outfitted and maintained. It is imperative to have the components listed under paragraph 3 in order to keep TPPs and SGCKs properly outfitted, maintained operational and remain fully mission capable.
These antennas are essential to the requirement due to the nature of the antenna, the TITAN Program of Record, and the requirements that were mandated in the TITAN Operational Needs Statement (ONS) (22-41988), signed 20 October 2022 that has been validated and assigned to TENCAP for a delivery of the TITAN in 2nd QTR FY24. Without the use of the CUBIC GATR Trac GEN3 antennas, TENCAP cannot meet the projected delivery date as stated above.

Work Details
The CUBIC GATR Trac GEN3 antennas are essential for providing mission critical imagery data to Army warfighters, US Joint Forces, and Allies. The requirement will be solicited through NASA SEWP to over one-hundred small businesses in Groups B, C, and D. The Army TENCAP team continuously conducts market research to discover new hardware, software, and antenna solutions for system integration. The Army TENCAP team attends and hosts numerous technical exchange meetings (TEM), space intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Industry events, and United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF) conferences each year to identify new capabilities.
