Background
The Military Sealift Command (MSC) is seeking a contractor to provide lodging and transportation services for authorized Civil Service Mariners (CIVMARs) assigned to its operations in San Diego, CA. The goal of this contract is to ensure that CIVMARs have access to suitable accommodations and reliable transportation to various training and service locations within the area.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide lodging and transportation for CIVMARs, including:
- Furnishing necessary facilities such as furniture, equipment, and supplies within a 25-mile radius of Point Loma Naval Base.
- Providing transportation between the lodging facility and MSC Customer Service Unit - West (CSU-W), MSC Training Center at 32nd Street, and Balboa Avenue Training Site (BATS).
- Ensuring commute times do not exceed one hour during peak traffic hours.
- Hotels must be rated by the American Automobile Association (AAA) with a minimum Three Diamond designation.
- Each hotel room must include a microwave, refrigerator, free internet access, and access to an on-site business center.
- The contractor must maintain functional laundry facilities at each site.
- The contractor is responsible for ensuring that no CIVMARs are lodged in hotels undergoing major renovations or construction.

Period of Performance
Base Period: October 1, 2024 – September 30, 2025; Option Year One: October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026; Option Year Two: October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027; Option Year Three: October 1, 2027 – September 30, 2028; Option Year Four: October 1, 2028 – September 30, 2029.
