Crucial Conversations and Getting Things Done Course Toolkits   2

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source Indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to VitalSmarts, LLC, of 282 River Bend Lane, Provo, UT 84604 for Crucial Accountability One-Day Add-On and Getting Things Done course toolkits. These course toolkits are required to support the USCIS Office of Human Capital and Training, as they are key elements of the USCIS Leadership Development Continuum. USCIS currently has 18 active certified trainers for VitalSmarts courses. The Crucial Accountability One-Day Add-On and Getting Things Done participant toolkits are proprietary to VitalSmarts. Therefore, VitalSmarts is the only source capable of fulfilling this requirement.

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501. Responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement via e-mail to the contract specialist below within 10 days of this publication. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
