Coveralls, Mechanics (OCP)

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support is seeking sources to produce Mechanic Coveralls (OCP). The agency's mission is to provide logistics support for the military, and this contract aims to ensure the availability of compliant coveralls for military personnel.

The coveralls must adhere to specific standards outlined in MIL-DTL-32082B and must be Berry Amendment Compliant, meaning all components must be sourced domestically as per the National Defense Authorization Act.

Work Details
The contract requires the production of one (1) size Medium Mechanic Coverall (OCP). The coveralls shall be made from Cotton & Nylon and must conform to the specifications of MIL-DTL-32082A.

Key requirements include:
- Models will be tested for visual, dimensional, and manufacturing operations compliance with the purchase description and MIL-DTL-32082A testing requirements.
- The offeror must produce both a Product Demonstration Model (PDM) and the production quantity at the same facility.
- Failure to conform to all requirements may result in an unfavorable evaluation.
- The construction/design of the garment cannot be changed by the offeror.
- Manufacturing operations for labels and barcodes must indicate compliance with label requirements, although labels do not need to be printed for model submission.
- Size indication must be attached to the model.
