Background
The Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) is seeking information on behalf of the Office of Military Commissions (OMC) for Courtroom and Case Preparation Support Services. The purpose of the contract is to provide translation, transcription, and interpretation services for the OMC during commissions proceedings at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (NSGB) and the National Capital Region (NCR). Vendors are required to have an active Top Secret Security Facility Clearance (FCL).

Work Details
The work includes providing courtroom and case preparation support services, such as translation, transcription, and interpretation services for the Office of Military Commissions. The contractor must have employees with active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance who are qualified to perform consecutive interpretation, translation, and transcription services in various languages including Arabic, Bahasa Malay, Dari, Farsi, French, German, Kurdish, Russian, Urdu, and others. Additionally, the contractor must employ court reporters and stenographers with an active TS/SCI security clearance. The contractor must also possess an active Top Security Facility Security Clearance (FCL).

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (NSGB) and the National Capital Region (NCR).
