Background
The U.S. Attorney's Office, District of New Hampshire, requires court reporting services for Grand Jury and Deposition. The work involves access to sensitive information subject to the rules of 6(e) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedures. The adequate and continual protection of the information (GJ information which includes GJ testimony, discussions, exhibits, etc.) and how it is used, shared, and stored is extremely important.

The secrecy and ultimate security of the GJ information and proceedings is vital to the performance of the U.S. Attorney’s Office (USAO) and the Court.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide court reporting services for Grand Jury and Deposition for the U.S. Attorney's Office, District of New Hampshire. The work includes providing regular transcripts, intermediate transcripts, daily transcripts, expedited transcripts, condensed transcripts, key word indexing, additional copies, audio cassette tapes, videographer attendance fees, exhibit copies, CD-Rs, attendance fees, cancellation fees, and travel reimbursements.

The contractor must ensure that all employees approved to work with and have access to GJ information and materials are familiar with - and required to follow - continuing responsibilities and the security requirements as outlined in the contract.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from 09/21/2023 to 09/20/2028.
