Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted to the System for Award Management at https://sam.gov/ and/or Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The RFQ number is N5005425Q0242. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect though FAC 2025-03 and the DFARS Change notice 20241218. The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the Coupling Nuts and Bolts that are identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). All parts shall be new. No refurbished or used parts will be accepted.

Background
The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) is seeking qualified sources to provide Coupling Nuts and Bolts as part of their maintenance operations. This solicitation is issued under the guidelines of Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The goal of this contract is to procure new parts that meet the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), ensuring that all components are suitable for use in Department of Defense applications.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of Coupling Nuts and Bolts, with all parts being new; refurbished or used parts will not be accepted. Vendors must provide a detailed quote that includes:
- Lead time for each part
- Drawings or specifications if quoting a 'like item'
- A complete list of supplies as per the SOW.

Additionally, technical drawings are available upon submission of an approved DD2345 form, which certifies compliance with Joint Certification Program (JCP) requirements for handling DOD unclassified export controlled technical data.

Period of Performance
The required delivery date for the products is March 31, 2025.

The products will be shipped to DLA Distribution Norfolk RMC PROJ, Bunker Hill Towaway, BLDG X136, Norfolk, VA 23511.
