(COSWD) and UNITE Communications and Web/IT Support Services

The purpose of this contract is to support the Chief Officer for Scientific Workforce Diversity (COSWD) and the NIH UNITE Working Group of the Steering Committee (formerly the UNITE Initiative) in its key functions, including, but not limited to, strategic communications planning; research and evaluation, scientific content development, development and implementation of communications plans, with particular focus on the efforts of the NIH Office of the Director as well as NIH researchers and senior leadership; development of digital communications products; comprehensive website design, development, operations, and hosting; and program management activities associated with communications initiatives.
