Corporate BOA Support Supplies/Services

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a class of actions against an anticipated Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-14-R-0023 with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation-Aerospace Systems (NGSC-AS), Melbourne, FL on a sole source basis for the procurement of supplies, services and data in support of the E-2 (E-2C/E-2D), C-2, EA-6B, F/A-18, F-35, Triton, Fire Scout, APR-39, DON LAIRCM, ASPJ, Next Generation Jammer, AV-8B, ICAP-3, Triton UAS, V-22, CV-22, P-3, P-8, CH-53K, C-130T, MH-60R, T-45, UCAS, UCLAS, Global Hawk and applicable FMS customers through 16 May 2020. Potential future Orders will be issued as Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursement Orders. Efforts also include, but not limited to, development, manufacture, assembly, testing, prototyping, production and installation efforts associated with engineering change proposals for configuration changes and forward fit upgrades and/or retrofit kits. Any future Delivery or Task order shall be synopsized on the FedBizOps website. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. Accordingly, NGSC is the only known qualified, responsible source that can fulfill the requirements specified herein. The proposed BOA is for potential future Orders for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Title 10, U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, 'Only One Responsible Source', and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
