Background
This notification highlights the Government’s release, on October 16, 2023, of Amendment 0004 to Solicitation M67854-23-R-8003. The Government’s interface failed to release to the public the amendment posted through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment, or PIEE. The conformed RFP through Amendment 0004 is also available as a courtesy, while the official RFP is the one originally released with the changes from each amendment after its publication successively applied, that is tied up in the PIEE module.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide phase-in services IAW paragraph 3.2.6 of Attachment 1. The Contractor shall provide UET services, inclusive of training and maintenance services at various locations such as Camp Pendleton, California; Camp Hansen, Japan; Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii; and Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide Facility Maintenance, Travel, Surge Support, Consumables, Technical Data and Information submissions, Post Award Conference support.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 60 months.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations for performance include Camp Pendleton, California; Camp Hansen, Japan; Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii; and Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
