Contracted Air Services (CAS) Electronic Warfare (EW) Jets   4

Background
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, Maryland Specialized and Proven Aircraft Program Office (PMA-226) is seeking proposals for Contractor Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) Electronic Warfare (EW) Jet aircraft services. The acquisition is anticipated to be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with firm, fixed price and cost type contract line items (CLINs) for a four (4) year 364 day ordering period.

Work Details
The tasks include Capability Stand Up, Electronic Attack (EA) Services, Target/Banner Tow (TBT) Services, Monthly Fixed Operating Costs for EA Services and TBT Services, CONUS Travel (East Coast), CONUS Travel (West Coast), OCONUS Travel, Aircraft Modifications to Incorporate GFP/GME, Materials and Shipping, and Administrative / Technical Data. The Contractor shall perform various services including obtaining necessary Federal Aviation Administration airworthiness certification, providing EA and TBT services, conducting maintenance test flights, and providing administrative/technical data.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a four-year and 364-day ordering period. Task Orders issued will not have a period of performance that extends past the final day of the contract-ordering period.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include CONUS travel locations on the East Coast and West Coast, as well as OCONUS travel locations.
