Please join us October 11, 2023, for an Industry Day hosted by the Louisville and Seattle District Offices for Yakima Training Center ECS Warehouse.

The Government is planning to issue a single construction contract solicitation for the construction of an approximately 44,600-square-foot modern and functional building consisting of pallet storage, administrative support, Multi-Purpose Bay (MPB) and covered area for tent washing and drying. This project also provides Military Equipment Parking east of the site. The site is located on the northwest corner of Yakima Training Center (YTC) property, north of the existing Marine Corps Reserve Center, and east of the new Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility (TEMF) and Tipp Road. YTC is located north of the City of Yakima.

This is not a Request for Proposal, an Invitation to Bid, or a Request for Quotation. Therefore, this event is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract nor will the Government pay for information provided to the Government in a response nor pay for administrative costs incurred attending the Industry Day event. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with travel or providing information in response to this announcement.

This event is open to large, small and socio-economic businesses who are registered in System for Award Management (SAM.gov) for the NAICS fields denoted below.
