The Army Contracting Command - NJ intends to award one or more Firm Fixed Price Contracts as a result of the solicitation that will be posted. Services include but are not limited to: Multiple Construction Projects (2 Projects). Please review the attached (2) Statements of Work (SOW) and the applicable maps/drawings for the each requirement.

  • Site Visit dates will be pre-scheduled and posted in the solicitation, if/when it is posted.
  • The required response date will be posted on beta.sam.gov and stated in the solicitation, if/when it is posted.
  • This Solicitation may result in ONE OR MULTIPLE Awards based on Lowest Pricing Technically Acceptable.
    • LPTA procedures will be used in accordance with FAR 15.404-1(g)(1-3).

Background
The Army Contracting Command - NJ intends to award one or more Firm Fixed Price Contracts as a result of the solicitation. The services include but are not limited to: Multiple Construction Projects (2 Projects). The solicitation may result in ONE OR MULTIPLE Awards based on Lowest Pricing Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures in accordance with 15.404-1(g)(1-3).

Work Details
The construction project involves repairing the Male, Female, and Unisex Latrines in the Training Building. The contractor shall perform various tasks including removing and replacing urinals, toilet stall dividers, toilet seats, shower panels, sinks, faucets, mirrors, soap dispensers, paper towel and trash bin combo units, lighting fixtures, ducted exhaust fan, electrical switches and outlets. Additionally, the contractor shall install new appliances and fixtures that comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
The work also includes deep cleaning and repairing the floor and cove molding tiles.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed in New Castle, PA & Conneaut Lake, PA.
