The acquisition is a brand name procurement and 100% Small Business set-aside.

Work Details
The solicitation is for ten (10) Conroy Qseal Free Cordless Heat Sealers. See the attached solicitation Schedule of Supplies (Attachment No. 2) for applicable contract line items (CLINS), quantities, and units of measures. Quoters are required to meet all solicitation requirements, including all of the RFQ, representations and certifications, and technical requirements, in addition to those identified as evaluation factors.

Period of Performance
The complete quotation package is due 24 June 2022, 4:00 P.M. CST.

Place of Delivery: Medical Material, FM3047 BLDG 224 Warehouse, 1100 Wilford Hall Loop, JBSA Lackland, TX 78236. Attn: Blood Donor Center; Delivery shall be FOB Destination.
