Connect to Transform and Accelerate Biomedical and Health Information Discovery

The purpose of this Blanket Purchase Agreement is to acquire support for the NLM division of Library Operations' (LO) provision and management of engagement, training, and evaluation services related to NLM's current and future user audiences consisting of biomedical, public health, clinical, and the general public, specifically the Connect function. The public is defined as the full range of users and potential users of the NLM, NIH, and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) resources and services including researchers and scientists, library and information science (LIS) professionals, clinicians, patients, students, the educational community, and the others. The NLM Board of Regents identified providing access to health information that is useful both to the public and health professionals as one of its highest priority initiatives.
