Concealment and Tactical Holsters

Background
The FBI is seeking to set up two (2) IDIQ type contracts for concealment holsters and tactical holsters. The FBI is the Federal Government’s principal agency responsible for investigating violations of more than 260 Federal statutes. In pursuit of their duties, FBI personnel may be involved in high threat assignments where they face violent confrontations which may necessitate the use of deadly force. This requires agents to carry a pistol in the course of their duties.

Work Details
The FBI is seeking two (2) different holsters for wearing on a belt. One (1) for non-light bearing pistols (“Concealment Holster”) and a holster capable of different mounting orientations for use with light bearing pistols (“Tactical Holster”). The Contractor(s) shall provide holsters and any mounting accessories that may be utilized. The accessories may be integral to the holster, or they may be a separate item.

Period of Performance
The contracts will be structured as Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), type contract for one (1) base year and four (4) possible one-year option periods.

Place of Performance
Deliveries shall be shipped FOB Destination to all FBI (and other approved Federal government) locations within the continental United States (CONUS).
