Commerical Direct TV Services

Background
The United States Government is seeking to procure commercial television services for the 1st Armored Division at Fort Bliss. This acquisition aims to fulfill the senior commander's guidance by establishing responsibilities and procedures for providing television services to resident organizations within the division and the Fort Bliss installation.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform television services for Building 11685 at Fort Bliss HQ.

The contractor is responsible for delivering basic commercial television packages that include local broadcast network channels, education and government channels, news channels, and general channels. Additionally, the contractor must provide 13 receiver boxes and perform additional outlet and installation services as needed.

The contractor will ensure compliance with quality control standards and develop a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to identify and prevent defective services. The contractor must also implement an Operations Security (OPSEC) program to protect sensitive information.

Base Year: 29 September 2024 - 28 September 2025; Option Year 1: 29 September 2025 - 28 September 2026; Option Year 2: 29 September 2026 - 28 September 2027; Option Year 3: 29 September 2027 - 28 September 2028; Option Year 4: 29 September 2028 - 28 September 2029.
